Did you know that there is a 30 Day wait for Flood Coverage in New Jersey?

Disaster strikes without warning. An example of this was back in October of 2012 with hurricane Sandy. Hurricane Sandy was so powerful that it is commonly referred to as “Superstorm Sandy”. Millions of people throughout New Jersey and the North East had substantial damage. It came without much warning and many were unable to procure Flood Insurance before the storm. The 30 day waiting period applies in most circumstances with very few exceptions. Your best option is to get a flood insurance quote as soon as possible. Flood season runs through most of the year and gets more aggressive as we get closer to hurricane season.

*For Residential properties you can secure coverage for up to $250,000 on the building and $100,000 for building contents.

*For Commercial properties you can secure coverage for up to $500,000 on the building and $500,000 for building contents.

Did you know that Everyone lives in a Flood Zone and that Flood damage is not covered by Homeowners or Business Policies. Furthermore, Flood Insurance is affordable and easy to get.
